2010

Brief: To remodel and extend the existing kitchen (to the rear) and create a garage to the front of a Grade 2 Listed former Rectory.

Location: Poltimore, East Devon

Design: Traditional construction and materials were used for the garage, which is at the front of the property, in harmony with the existing house. The rear extension uses contemporary materials and construction to create a successful modern space without compromising the historic frontage.
