Brief: To rationalise an area of the property which had been developed unsympathetically to create  a large kitchen breakfast room.

Location: Tiverton, Mid Devon

Design: The replacement of the slate roof  with large glazed roof panels transformed this dark section of the property with minimal impact to the historical fabric of the property. Alongside this the removal of small sections of walls has created a bright centralised kitchen/breakfast room with access to the South Elevation and garden.
